With a warm welcome to this vibrant working estate, stroll through the neatly manicured beds of vegetables, fruit and herbs on this peaceful and calm estate. Enjoy some fresh tasty bites before continuing to the heat of the community in Fond St. Jacques.

This quiet community is nestled in a serene valley; Fond St. Jacques captures the heart of all who dare to venture in. Observe the skilled ladies process fruit pulp into healthy and tasty frozen treats – sample one yourself! A short visit to the Interpretation Centre and the nearby church, the only one with a painting of a “black Jesus” tells some interesting stories. Lunch is then served at the neatly tucked away creole restaurant for a typical Saint Lucian dining experience.
